12″ STEEL STRAP HANGER

The 12″ Steel Strap Hanger is a wood block hanger. Hot-dipped galvanized steel strap hangers are used by many professionals to hang the pulley or block onto a joist. The Strap Hangers also allow the flexibility needed for the cable to align with the sling or cradle. The end of the strap hangers will also be able to move with the cable, allowing it to stay on the sheave. One hanger measures 12″ long x 1/4″ wide x 2 1/2″ high. Weighs 1.2 pounds per hanger. 

12″ COMPOUNDING BLOCK HANGER

The 12″ Compounding Block Hanger are for wood mounts. Hot dipped galvanized steel. They allow the flexibility needed for the cable to align with the sling or cradle. The 12″ Steel Compounding Block Hangers have an over-sized hole that will fit the BH-USA ball bearing blocks at the end of the strap hanger, this allows plenty of room for the blocks shackle to move allowing the block to track with the cable as it wraps on the pipe, insuring the cable stays on the sheave.  The hanger allows you to dead man the cable to the same hanger as the blocks, keeping the cable parallel with itself as it is compounded instead of having to use a second joist.

12″ ALUMINUM STRAP HANGER

The 12″ Aluminum Strap Hanger makes hanging blocks or pulleys on wood joists easy, adjust hanger to 45 degrees for optimal load distribution. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum. The strap hanger holds up in the harshest marine environments. Includes two mounting holes and one oversized hole that is perfect for BH-USA yarding and ball bearing blocks, allows block to move and track with cable. The strap hanger weighs just 1.2 pounds. Measure 12″ long x 4″ wide.

I-BEAM BLOCK HANGER

Hot Dipped Galvanized I-Beam Block Hanger will clamp to an existing I-Beam, channel or tubing to provide a place to hang the block or pulley. Clamp can mount so the correct 45 degree angle is achieved and tab will move to help pulley find correct angle of load. No welding required as clamp can be easily assembled onto an existing I-Beam. Clamp designed to mount to standard beams; clamp cannot mount properly to a wide flanged beam. Add a shackle if you need the pulley rotated. BH-USA Ball Bearing and Yarding blocks (sold separately) mount to the tabs without the need of a shackle. All hardware included and fits the beam you select.
